Conference Access

​Parking on Campus
Campus parking is available in the 16th Street Parking Lot (Structure 1) located at 749 N. 16th Street and the Wells Street Parking Lot (Structure 2) located at 1240 W. Wells St. at a daily rate of $10 for every 24-hour period (based on calendar day) or $10 per parking occurrence. To view the available parking spaces, please access this link.

 


Visitors will pull a ticket upon entry to the structure. Parking occurrence - Entering/exiting the structure multiple times in one day will result in a $10 charge each time the vehicle enters/exits the structure. Payment can be made at a pay-on-foot station in the structure lobby or upon exit. Credit card payment only via MasterCard or Visa. Cash is not accepted.

Wifi Access

Connect to the MU Secure wireless network. In the "Domain" field, enter: mu.edu. Under "Identity," enter your Marquette username (not your email address). Leave the "Anonymous identity" field blank. In the "Password" field, enter your Marquette password and tap "Connect." 

If the login is successful, the MU Secure network will show as "Connected." Open Google Chrome or Samsung Internet to verify your connection by browsing the web. If you have any questions or difficulties, please visit this link.

Where to Stay

Under a 20 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute drive:

Hotel Hyatt Regency 
It is located less than a mile from campus, with a rate of $214 + taxes per night. To see more, here is the link.

Wells Street Hall, Residence hall
The cost is $230 for a single (and would be able to be used for all nights from the 17th-20th. There is no per night option.It is communal bathrooms, linen service provided. Click here to see more.

Meals and beverages

Community Meals

Each day will begin with coffee, tea, and a light continental breakfast. Lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday, and a community dinner will be held on the evening of Friday, July 18th. On Saturday, July 19th, attendees will have the opportunity to explore dining and social options in the Milwaukee area. The conference will commence at approximately 10:00 AM on July 18th and conclude in the early evening of July 19th.
